Account and purchase information. When you purchase a survey or create an account, we collect your name, email address, organization name, community name, and state. Payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card number, card number, or CVV — Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance program.
Survey respondent information. Sponsors (purchasers) import or collect respondent names, email addresses, job titles, and organizations to invite business community members to complete surveys. Respondents provide rating responses and optional open-ended comments.
Usage data. We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) and analytics data via Google Analytics and Google Ads tags embedded in our pages. This data is used to measure traffic, advertising performance, and product usage.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Survey results may be published publicly on our community map and report pages when the survey sponsor consents to publication.
We retain account and survey data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where required by law or legitimate business records obligations.
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS), token-based authentication, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but take reasonable precautions to protect your information.
